How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will arrive within about 10 business days after payment is received. We may contact you when the order is dispatched.

What sizes can I order?

Do you handle trade/bulk orders?

How does the quality of the print compare to the original?

Do the prints come framed?
No. All prints come unframed as a rolled canvas.

How do I care for my print?
Clean it only withy a dry cloth. Exposure to moisture can cause damage.

How do I use the shopping cart?
Simply click on the Dean Hunter design that you want, fill out the purchase form, within 24 hours you will receive a paypal invoice from our accounts department. Once you receive the Paypal invoice and process payment your order will be processed and dispatched.

Are my credit card details secure when I place an order?
We do not take or store any credit card details. Card details are encrypted within the Paypal online payment system. Paypal is world renowned and completely safe. They also offer many protection policies. For more details please refer to www.paypal.com

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments via credit card or direct debit via Paypal online services.

Can I place an order via telephone?
Yes, please use the contact form to request a call-back, including a convenient time to call you. We will get back to you as soon as possible (generally within 24 hours).

Do you have a physical location where I could see the works?
All the painting and printing is done on the Gold Coast, Australia. We operate as on online store. We can however arrange a viewing of the works here on the Gold Coast by appointment.

Will the printed canvas look the same as the images on the screen
Due to the limitations of computer monitors, the images on screen lack the vibrancy of the actual canvas. Colour settings on different monitors also vary.

What do you use my personal details for?
Your personal details are essential for delivery of the item. Your details are kept for our records and can be removed upon request. We will not disclose your personal details to 3rd parties.

Are shipments insured?
All shipments are fully insured through the postal service.

What is your returns policy?
100% satisfation guarantee. Returns must be made within 10 days after delivery and must not be damaged.
